BVA Cancellation Policies

Team Registrations

Cancellation greater than 21 days prior to start of league, tournament, or event	=	Full Refund of amount paid, less a $25 service charge
Cancellation less than 21 days of start of league or activity if the activity is sold-out and a suitable replacement is made	=	Full Refund of amount paid, less a $25 service charge
Cancellation less than 21 days prior to the start date or activity date if the activity is not sold out and/or no replacement is made	=	No Refund
Unpaid balances that remain after the payment deadline	=	Teams are subject to cancellation and forfeiture of all monies paid

Individual Registrations

Cancellation greater than 10 days prior to start of league, tournament, or event	=	Full Refund of amount paid, less a $15 service charge
Cancellation less than 10 days of start of league or activity if the activity is sold-out and a suitable replacement is made	=	Full Refund of amount paid, less a $5 service charge
Cancellation less than 10 days prior to the start date or activity date if the activity is not sold out and/or no replacement is made	=	No Refund

Please note, Boston Volleyball reserves the right to exclude any participant that is deemed to be intoxicated, disorderly, or dangerous, from any portion of a league, tournament or other event without refund of money. We take the safety of our players very seriously.
