Boston Volleyball has partnered with the Boston Institute of Jump to offer a new training program specifically for volleyball players! This is an opportunity for athletes who want to gain an edge over the competition and improve individual skills, physical conditioning level, and mental toughness. In addition to a strong emphasis on improving leg strength and jumping techniques, the jump program will focus on strengthening trunk strength and stability, and keeping your shoulder healthy.
