Boston Volleyball
has partnered with the Boston Institute of Jump to offer a new training
program specifically for volleyball
players! This is an opportunity for
athletes who want to gain an edge
over the competition and improve individual
skills, physical conditioning level,
and mental toughness. In addition
to a strong emphasis on improving
leg strength and jumping techniques,
the jump program will
focus on strengthening trunk strength and stability,
and keeping your shoulder healthy.
The Boston Institute of Jump is the premier, volleyball-specific, sports performance company in the Northeast. With our combination of injury prevention, performance, and knowledge of the game, we will not only keep you on the court longer, but we’ll give you the physical tools to flourish. Athletes will receive instruction
